Submit cancellation noticeThree-month minimum.
30 days’ notice.
All memberships have a three-month minimum contract term. You can submit notice anytime; ordinary cancellation takes effect after both the minimum term and 30-day notice period are satisfied. Personal training early cancellation follows the contract process below.
- Give at least 30 days’ notice.
Select a last-use date at least 30 days from the date you submit. Ordinary cancellation cannot take effect before your three-month minimum term ends. Any longer contracted term is reviewed by Ace, subject to applicable cancellation rights. Your notice starts when the website confirms receipt; staff processing does not restart that period.
- Provide your member details and signature.
Review your prefilled member details, choose your requested end date, and draw your signature in the signing window. If you cannot sign in, use the manual notice option. Feedback questions are optional.
- Acknowledge the final payment.
For gym memberships, as stated in our cancellation form, your final monthly payment is charged immediately when Ace processes the cancellation, and your card information is removed from the gym’s records. Ace will confirm the amount and payment details for your membership, including biweekly or prepaid plans.
- Keep your receipt.
You’ll receive an on-screen receipt with your notice date and requested last-use date. Ace will verify your account and confirm the membership end date. This form records your notice; it does not itself charge your card or change GymMaster billing.
Nonpayment does not cancel your membership
Members are responsible for notifying Ace when they wish to cancel. Stopping attendance, a declined payment, blocking or replacing a payment card, or joining another gym does not itself provide cancellation notice. Keep your payment and contact information current.
Amounts lawfully owed under your signed agreement remain payable, including applicable charges through your valid membership end date. Cancellation does not erase an existing balance. Submit your notice even if your account is past due; Ace will record the notice and confirm the end date and itemized amount owed. An unpaid balance does not restart the notice period or delay a cancellation required by law.
Suspended access and membership cancellation are separate account actions. Ace may restrict access for nonpayment as permitted by your agreement. Applicable statutory cancellation rights remain available.
Personal training contract cancellation
Personal training memberships have a three-month minimum term. To cancel early, you must pay 50% of the remaining contract balance. Choose “Personal training membership” in the form, then select early cancellation or end-of-contract / nonrenewal.
For example, if $1,000 remains on your contract, the early-cancellation payment is $500. Ace will review your signed agreement, confirm the balance and amount due, and provide payment instructions. Early termination is confirmed after the required payment is completed. The form does not itself release you from your contract.
Ordinary end-of-contract cancellation requires at least 30 days’ notice and completion of the contracted term. If you also have a separate gym membership, submit a separate notice for gym access.
