Every gym membership—individual, couples, family and corporate—has its agreed base gym rate protected for at least 12 months from that membership’s start date. New enrollment phases have their own starting prices. Your membership keeps its own starting point.
Settle into your routine.
Keep the base gym rate you joined at for at least one full year. If your signed agreement protects a price for longer, we honor that longer term. Your protected base rate and protection end date will be recorded for each gym membership and confirmed in your agreement.
Reviews, without automatic raises.
After that, occasional modest adjustments may help us keep pace with rising costs. Any change builds from your own current base rate; opening a higher-priced phase does not move you to that price.
You hear from us first.
We provide at least 60 days’ written notice, with your current rate, proposed rate and effective date. You can speak directly with John about options if it would stretch your budget.

Talk with John Reach John before the adjustment takes effect. We can review available membership options and referral savings together, so you have clear choices when deciding what fits your budget.
Training follows its own agreement. Your training price is protected for the contract term agreed at signup. Training does not inherit the gym membership’s 12-month minimum. When a plan includes both gym access and training, each part keeps its own rate and protection term.
The gym promise protects the underlying base gym rate. Referral discounts reflect your current qualifying referrals; other agreed promotions retain their stated duration. Taxes, optional changes you request and separately disclosed charges are shown in your agreement. We allow no more than one base-rate increase in any 12-month period. A specific dollar or percentage cap has not been set; we do not promise an unapproved numerical limit. Any stronger protection in your signed agreement continues to apply.

We confirm the friend’s qualifying paid membership, apply the reward and track it against your membership.
Ace confirms your new rate and the billing date it begins. We review it again if a referral stops qualifying.
Rewards continue while referrals remain eligible. Discounts apply to eligible recurring base gym dues, up to 100%; taxes, annual fees, training and extras are excluded. Ace reviews existing discounts and membership-specific terms. A cancellation notice alone does not end a reward. Eligibility ends only when verified; Ace recalculates from your current approved base dues before referral discounts and confirms the effective change.
What about prepaid memberships?
Prepaid renewal credits are the next step.
We want prepaid members to have a clear way to earn toward a future renewal, too. That policy is still being developed: credit amounts, qualifying periods and renewal treatment need approval before credits can be earned or promised.
Today’s recurring referral program does not automatically refund a prepaid purchase or provide a free prepaid renewal. John will confirm the prepaid policy before this page is published.

Become eligible after joining? You’re still welcome.
If you join the military or become a first responder while you’re an Ace member, submit an update to your service status. After Ace verifies it, you can enter the next eligible drawing. Your original signup status does not lock you out.
Eligible nonmembers can apply free through the same process, with the same odds. A purchase, renewal or referral does not increase your chances.
How the proposed giveaway would work
- One verified person, one entry per eligible drawing, even if they qualify in both service categories.
- Proposed maximum of one award per person per program year. Eligible nonwinning entries would carry forward through that year.
- Verification must be complete before the published cutoff for the next drawing. There is no retroactive entry into a completed drawing.
- Current recurring members would receive a documented billing pause or credit for the award term. Current prepaid members would receive a 12-month extension so their paid value is preserved.
- No payment card or automatic paid conversion would be required to claim a prize. Renewal afterward would be a separate choice.

Do higher future rates change the referral path?
No. Each qualifying direct referral still adds 10 percentage points to the recurring eligible base-dues discount, capped at 100%. The dollar amount changes with the starting rate, but ten qualifying referrals still cover eligible base dues. Prepaid renewal credits are a separate proposal.
Will my gym price automatically rise when another phase opens?
No. New-phase prices apply to new enrollments. Your agreed base gym rate is protected for at least 12 months from that membership’s start date, or longer when your agreement provides that. Later adjustments start from your own current rate, with advance notice and an opportunity to discuss your budget with John. A rate review does not automatically mean an increase.
Which memberships receive the full-year rate promise?
All gym memberships, including individual, couples, family and corporate gym memberships. Each membership will have its protected base rate and protection end date recorded and confirmed in its agreement. Any longer signed price protection will be honored. Rate protection does not extend the membership term you purchased.
Does training receive the same 12-month protection?
Training follows the price and contract length agreed at signup. Its price is protected only for that agreed training contract term; it does not automatically receive the gym membership’s 12-month minimum. If you have both gym access and training, each part has its own recorded price and protection dates.
What happens if a future change does not fit my budget?
Talk directly with John before the proposed change takes effect. We can review available membership options and referral savings. A conversation is optional and does not replace or delay your cancellation rights. We provide at least 60 days of written notice and allow no more than one base-rate increase in a 12-month period.
Does a full phase mean another 30 spots open immediately?
No. John reviews peak-hour use, equipment availability and member feedback before the next phase opens. Any new members—including award recipients—must fit within the overall capacity plan.
Does “$0 dues” mean every service at Ace is free?
The referral program can cover eligible base gym dues. Annual fees, taxes, personal training and extras are separate. The proposed service giveaway is different: it would cover a defined 12-month standard membership and required gym-access fees, with extras excluded.
Can prepaid members win a service membership?
Under the proposed giveaway, yes, if they meet the final service eligibility rules. Our recommended treatment is a 12-month extension so the value they already paid for is preserved. This is separate from the prepaid referral-credit policy still being developed.
