Your familiar face.

First-time Olmsted County residents, ages 15 and up, can request one complimentary guest visit. They submit their details and residency proof, receive approval and complete the required agreements before entry. Guardian involvement is required for ages 15–17.

The sponsoring member must accompany the guest. One complimentary visit per person, even if another member invites them later. A shared invitation is not a confirmed pass or door access.

Earn 10% off your eligible recurring base membership dues for each qualifying active, paying direct referral, up to 100%. Ace sets up, applies and tracks your reward after each referral qualifies. You receive the savings through lower membership charges.

How you receive your reward

1. Introduce your friend. Save the introduction in your member dashboard, share your invitation, and make sure your friend tells Ace who referred them.
2. Ace verifies the referral. We confirm the referral relationship, eligible membership and qualifying payment status.
3. We apply and track your savings. Ace records the reward against the correct membership and confirms your updated rate and effective billing date.

Your price follows your active referrals. If a referred member’s qualifying membership ends, Ace reviews your remaining qualifying referrals and adjusts your future base dues. Giving cancellation notice alone does not mean the membership has already ended.

Your dashboard shows saved introductions and savings estimates. A discount already applied by Ace may not appear there yet. Ask John to confirm your current reward and billing details.
