Ace referral rewards.
Referral billing rewards are available now. Ace sets up, applies and tracks each qualifying recurring membership reward. Your savings appear as lower eligible base membership charges. The member dashboard may not yet show discounts already applied by Ace.
How you receive your savings
- Make the introduction. Save your friend in the referral dashboard or share your invitation, and make sure they tell Ace who referred them. Share contact details only with permission.
- Ace confirms eligibility. We verify the referral relationship, qualifying membership and active, paying status. A saved name, invitation or unfinished signup does not confirm a reward.
- Ace applies and records the reward. We match it to your eligible membership, record the discount, and confirm your updated rate and effective billing date. Ask John if you need to check a reward or correct a record.
Your recurring membership sliding scale
Each verified active, paying direct referral adds 10 percentage points off eligible base gym dues, up to 100%. The calculation uses your eligible base price for its actual billing period. For example, $40 every two weeks becomes $36 with one qualifying referral, $32 with two, and $0 with ten.
Your price follows the number of referrals who remain eligible. When a referred member’s qualifying membership ends, Ace checks the effective end date, recalculates your remaining eligible referrals, and reviews your future membership price. A cancellation notice alone does not end a reward while the referred membership still qualifies. Ace confirms the resulting rate and billing effective date.
We count all qualifying referrals even above ten, while capping the discount at 100%. Going from eleven qualifying referrals to ten keeps eligible base dues at $0. Going from ten to nine leaves a 90% discount; on a $40 base, the resulting eligible base dues are $4 per billing period.
Memberships and charges covered
Only eligible recurring base gym dues are discounted. Annual fees, taxes where applicable, personal training and other extras are excluded. The discount cannot exceed eligible base dues and is not a cash payment. Ace reviews household billing, multiple memberships, existing discounts, holds, refunds, rejoining and plan changes individually so the reward is applied to the correct membership.
Prepaid memberships and training
The recurring reward does not automatically create a prepaid refund or training credit. Proposed prepaid renewal credits and training credit-wallet terms are not active. Ask John to confirm any separately approved reward for your specific plan before relying on it.
Additional and indirect referrals
Planned: a one-time $50 Ace credit for qualifying direct referrals beyond ten, and a one-time $25 Ace credit for qualifying referrals made by a direct referral. Qualification timing and redemption rules are not finalized, and these credits are not active. Deeper levels may be tracked for reporting, with no additional reward promised.
Welcome-back invitations
An eligible former member receiving a validated welcome-back invitation can rejoin with $99 promotional individual enrollment (regular $199), including enrollment tax. The first $40 biweekly payment plus applicable tax is separate at signup; no free billing cycles. No code is needed for this offer. Enrollment offers cannot be combined; training and prepaid plans are excluded. Previously issued personal offers retain their original terms; contact Ace before payment to confirm which offer applies. Returning does not immediately restore a referrer’s discount; Ace verifies eligibility again.
Attribution and privacy
Ace verifies who referred whom and resolves duplicates before assigning a reward. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts and fabricated introductions do not qualify. Referral status does not disclose a friend’s payment history or balance. Contact Ace to correct a referral record.
Clear confirmation from Ace
Your reward confirmation should identify the membership receiving the reward, qualifying referral count, discount, updated base dues, billing period and effective date. Saved introductions and calculator estimates are separate from verified billing amounts. If a detail has not been verified, Ace will say so. Membership obligations and statutory rights remain governed by the signed agreement and applicable law.
