A rate you can manage.
Partial support for people working through a tight budget or a change in income.
When money is tight, taking care of yourself can feel out of reach. We’re building a way to help you find your place at Ace.
Requests open · Offers depend on individual review and confirmed funding.
Our mission is to share the love of Jesus through practical support, meaningful relationships and opportunities for young people and families to grow—in health, confidence, purpose and faith.
We hope to offer voluntary prayer, Bible conversations and faith mentoring alongside supported fitness access and career connections. These activities are in development, with screened leaders, appropriate supervision and guardian consent for youth.
You are welcome here whether you share our faith, are exploring it, or choose not to participate. Membership assistance is based on need and available resources; it never requires prayer, worship, Bible study or a profession of faith.
A limited, privately reviewed membership program for people and families facing financial barriers, rooted in our Christian commitment to love and serve our neighbors. Every offer is based on need, available funding, and a conversation about what is sustainable.
Partial support for people working through a tight budget or a change in income.
Apply together. We’ll review the cost and appropriate access for each person requesting support.
Confirmed sponsorships may help cover a larger share of membership costs, including full support when funding allows.
Planned capacity: up to 20 assisted individuals across all funding sources. This is a limit, not a count of available or funded awards.
Start with your contact information. We will arrange a private conversation about who needs access and what feels manageable.
John reviews need and funding. If more information is needed, we’ll explain exactly what and why.
See the exact rate, taxes, any fees, access, and review dates before deciding or signing.
Complete your agreement and orientation. We’ll check in before your scheduled support review.
Financial need is personal. Participation won’t require a public story, a testimonial, referrals, religious participation, or social posts.
Adults seeking access for themselves or their household, including existing members facing hardship. A parent or legal guardian applies for a minor. Youth access requires an approved age-appropriate plan; children are not promised unrestricted gym access or free training.
There is no guaranteed award. We review income relative to household size, current hardship, your manageable budget, and available funding. Partial assistance and a limited number of fully supported memberships depend on confirmed funding.
We discuss whether support should continue. A review date does not automatically raise your bill. Any proposed change must respect your signed price protection and be explained and agreed before it takes effect.
Start with basic contact details. Household size, income estimates and an affordable budget can be discussed privately during review. We may request limited proof privately. Do not email bank statements, Social Security numbers, tax returns, or medical records.
We may offer a waitlist or discuss another option. A funding waitlist is different from a decision that you do not meet program criteria. You may ask us to reconsider a decision or correct your information.
Yes. An assisted application and reasonable accommodations are part of the review process. You won’t need to write a compelling hardship story to be considered.
Contribute toward membership access, share your experience, or express interest in future career conversations and supervised youth opportunities. Together, we can help more local families find community and room to grow.
Confirmed support can fund additional places as capacity allows. Every offer stays privately reviewed, and every contribution is voluntary.
Requests are open. Payments and mentoring placements require a separate agreement.
Sponsor part of a membership for a person or family facing financial hardship. You can share the cost, help fund full access, or contribute where support is needed most.
Approved, funded partnerships can be recognized on the plans they support, with optional business name and logo recognition on our sponsor page. Family information stays private.
Companies and individuals can request a sponsorship. We confirm the recipient, amount and terms before collecting support.
Tell us what would help, and we will review your request with care.
Start with your contact information. We will discuss your household, budget and any verification privately before presenting an offer.

Better for your people. Stronger connections for your business. More opportunity for our community. Explore the ways your business can work with Ace, then build a practical plan with John.
We start with a clear purpose and a manageable commitment. Programs grow as they prove sustainable for Ace and valuable for the businesses, members and families involved.
Some services can be arranged through a custom proposal. New community programs are still being developed. Each option below states where it stands; an inquiry does not activate a program or reserve capacity.
Start with five participating employees. Build a company benefit around private gym access, with full employer funding, a shared contribution or employee-paid access. Availability and each person’s existing membership are checked before enrollment.
Private gym access includes the agreed amenities; company accounts share Ace’s overall capacity. Prices, payer amounts, dates and terms are set in writing. Automated payroll deductions and a self-service split-billing portal are not currently offered.
Value to your business: a practical employee benefit.
Value to Ace: sustainable membership relationships.
Review together: participation, feedback, collected revenue and cost to serve.
Discuss one-on-one coaching, employee-only classes, nutrition education, workforce-specific routines and workplace challenges. Your proposal defines coach availability, scope, group size, quantities and schedule.
Pro shop benefits can be negotiated for eligible products. Company app programs and automated reporting are future options, not included by default. Clinical services and medical outcomes are not promised.
Value to your business: support tailored to your people.
Value to Ace: paid coaching that fits staffing.
Review together: attendance, satisfaction, coach hours and delivery cost.
Bring a useful offer to Ace members and discuss relevant introductions, reciprocal referrals or an approved partner feature. Set an offer your business can sustain: the value, eligible audience, dates, limits and redemption process.
No customer volume is guaranteed. Contact sharing requires permission. Featured listings are agreed individually; a dedicated partner directory and automated matching are proposed additions.
Value to your business: relevant local discovery.
Value to Ace: useful benefits for members.
Review together: attributed inquiries, redemptions, margin and member feedback.
Help celebrate a member who completes an approved birthday challenge. Explore a meal reward, gift card or shared-cost offer with a restaurant or local business.
A 50% partner contribution is an idea to discuss, not an agreed deal. Define the reward value, who pays each portion, redemption cap, expiration and eligible items before any promotion. Digital fulfillment is a future addition.
Value to your business: an introduction to potential customers.
Value to Ace: a meaningful member celebration.
Review together: redemptions, actual cost and consented return-visit feedback.
Discuss an event partner, product contribution, educational session or shared campaign that fits Ace’s community. Agree on the audience, responsibilities, promotion, staffing and event costs first.
Names, logos, offers and audience use require permission. Every event needs a confirmed plan; no event date, reach or attendance is promised by this page.
Value to your business: useful local participation.
Value to Ace: stronger member experiences.
Review together: attendance, meaningful interactions, cost and feedback.
Help cover part or all of eligible memberships for people and families facing financial hardship. Combine business support with member contributions and Ace assistance.
Community Access is Christian-led and serves families regardless of their beliefs. Choose approved business recognition or anonymity. Assistance decisions stay with Ace. Awards require confirmed funds, protected-term reserves and safe capacity; no charitable deduction is promised.
Value to your business: a clear local contribution and agreed recognition.
Value to Ace: more sustainably funded access.
Review together: received funds, funded access, reserve coverage and delivery.
Share experience through career talks, practical workshops or future supervised activities. Help young people see different paths through business, skilled trades and professional life.
Mentors are screened for the role, never selected by wealth or contribution amount. Youth participation needs guardian consent, the young person’s willingness, supervision and an approved safety plan. Job placements and earnings are not guaranteed.
Value to your business: a way to share expertise and support local potential.
Value to Ace: a richer community of encouragement.
Review together: safe participation, feedback, staff capacity and useful learning.
Bring an idea for specialist coaching, a boxing collaboration, programming, facilities or another service that complements Ace. Define responsibilities, credentials, insurance and a workable commercial model before starting.
Investment conversations stay separate from community support. An expression of interest establishes no equity, return, revenue share or agreement. Existing strategic and investment inquiries remain a separate route.
Value to both sides: test a specific opportunity before a larger commitment.
Review together: demand, service quality, economics, responsibilities and risk.
Explore a monthly commercial sponsorship with genuine, agreed advertising benefits. Ace can use an agreed portion of the proceeds to support Community Access while keeping the advertising work, program funding and costs clearly recorded.
Your written proposal would define the fee, billing dates, term, cancellation, exact placements, quantities, publication dates, content approval and delivery evidence. The public message would disclose any agreed program allocation accurately.
These are options to quote, not guaranteed inventory or a promise of leads, sales or audience size. Your agreement confirms the specific services and fees before any commitment.
Suggested label when applicable: “Community Access advertising sponsorship — [service period].” Itemize actual advertising services and any separately contracted support. An invoice label cannot turn a gift into an advertising purchase.
Use “advertising deposit” only for a genuine documented advance or deposit with application and refund terms. It does not guarantee an immediate deduction. The CPA determines income recognition, expense timing and any deposit liability.
Track gross payments, advertising delivery costs, processing/tax, the approved program allocation and funded membership reserves. Refundable or unearned amounts cannot simply be treated as unrestricted money available for assistance.
A qualifying advertising expense may be deductible for the sponsoring business. Their tax adviser determines eligibility; we do not promise a write-off or advertise current payments as charitable donations.

Qualifying business sponsorships may be deductible advertising expenses. We’ll define the agreed benefits and provide itemized records so your tax adviser can determine the treatment that applies to your business.
A genuine advertising arrangement may qualify as an ordinary and necessary business expense. Its purpose, price and actual promotional benefits matter. A sponsor label alone does not guarantee a deduction.
Proposed records: signed scope, invoice, payment receipt and evidence that agreed promotion was delivered. No nonprofit is required solely for a qualifying advertising expense.
Company-funded memberships, coaching and other benefits need separate tax and payroll review. Athletic-club dues restrictions and taxable employee-benefit rules may apply.
Do not assume an employee’s off-site gym membership is tax-free or that every company-plan charge is deductible. A business owner’s personal gym dues do not become advertising because the business pays.
The current proposal is operated through Ace Athletics, a for-profit business. Payments directly to Ace are not tax-deductible charitable contributions.
A separate qualified nonprofit arrangement may be considered later. Ace is a for-profit business; this form does not collect charitable donations, and a future nonprofit will not turn today’s payments to Ace into charitable donations.
Any tax deduction depends on the payment, your circumstances and applicable law. A deduction reduces taxable income; it is not a dollar-for-dollar refund. Your tax adviser confirms eligibility and reporting.

Our partnership menu will expand over time as programs show they can serve people well and work financially and operationally for both parties.
Define the audience, benefit to each party, responsibilities, cost and a specific success measure.
Choose a term, budget, capacity and review date. Confirm agreements and delivery before promotion.
Compare participation, satisfaction, actual revenue or support, costs and staff time against the agreed goals.
Continue, improve, expand or stop. Growth requires both parties’ agreement and a sustainable delivery plan.
Proposed review rhythm: 30, 60 and 90 days for new pilots, then a schedule agreed by both parties. Growth is earned through results; it is not an automatic price, spending or service increase.
One starting point for the whole partnership menu. Choose all areas that fit, then tell us what success would look like for your business.

Maintain one program catalog with a named owner, current stage, service description, capacity, eligible businesses, approved pricing model, terms version and last review date. A future idea cannot appear as available without a documented launch decision.
Each partnership records its agreed goals, costs, responsibilities, permissions, term, review dates and results. John and the business approve expansion only when both sides can support it. Update the public menu when a program launches, pauses, changes or closes.
Suggested launch location: broaden the existing B2B/corporate-wellness entry into Business Partnerships, retain Corporate Wellness as a focused program route, and preserve the separate investment inquiry. This prototype does not change those public pages.
When you have room to give, you can help another family find room to grow. Join fellow members, local businesses and neighbors in making Ace more accessible—and help build a community where young people find encouragement, positive examples and new possibilities.
Help cover part of an approved membership. Contributions can work together with business sponsorships, a family’s own budget and Ace assistance.
Express interest in career conversations, practical skills or future supervised youth workshops. Giving money is never required to offer your experience.
As confirmed funding and safe program capacity grow, John can approve additional supported places and invite more people from the waitlist.

Individuals and companies may ask to cover part or all of a specific client’s membership. You can remain anonymous to the client and the public; Ace keeps your identity private for administration.
Ace privately lets the client know support has been offered. They may keep the savings if they need them, or choose to pass that help forward to another client. No one is pressured to give up support. Any redirection is confirmed with the sponsor before funds are reassigned.
We want a culture of sharing, helping, love, Christ and growth. Giving, recognition and faith participation are always voluntary.

Express a preference for families, temporary hardship, or the greatest current need. Ace reviews eligibility and makes the final allocation.
