Membership sponsorship terms

Your contribution
Choose a one-time payment, monthly recurring payment, one upfront payment for a year of support, or explicitly selected yearly recurring payments. Amounts are in US dollars. A saved request is not a payment or a membership award. Checkout displays the amount and schedule before payment. Recurring payments start at checkout and continue at the selected interval until cancelled. Sponsorship does not change your own gym membership.
Using the support
Support is designated for approved Community Access memberships for people facing financial barriers. Payment processing costs reduce the resources available. Ace records payments separately from offers to contribute and reviews funding, reserves, access requirements and capacity before promising an award. Suggested amounts are contribution choices, not prices for a guaranteed membership. Your payment is not automatically attached to an existing member’s bill.
Requested recipients
You may request a specific person or family. Ace privately verifies the match and the recipient’s choice before arranging payment. The recipient may accept the savings or ask to help someone else. Ace confirms any redirection with you before reassigning designated support. If a proposed match cannot proceed, no payment is requested until an alternative is agreed.
Recurring support and refunds
Cancel before the next scheduled charge through the secure management link provided after payment or contact John at john@aceathleticsgym.com or 612-207-7656. Cancellation stops future sponsorship charges; it does not automatically refund earlier payments or cancel your own gym membership. Contact John about an amount change, duplicate or mistaken payment, refund request or unused designated support. Refund requests are reviewed against payment and allocation records; applicable rights remain unchanged.
Privacy and recognition
Choose anonymity to recipients and the public, private recognition to a recipient only, or public recognition. Ace and the payment provider still need your identity to administer payments. Public names, company artwork, statements and links require explicit permission and Ace review before publication. You confirm authority to submit company material. Request removal or a change of recognition through John. Past printed material may not be recoverable. No sponsor gains access to member accounts, private financial details, contact lists or a recipient’s story. Receiving help never requires publicity or religious participation.
Companies and charitable status
Ace Athletics is a for-profit business. Payments directly to Ace are not tax-deductible charitable donations. Optional recognition is not a promise of advertising inventory or a business deduction. Any paid advertising services require a separate agreement defining actual deliverables. Your tax adviser determines any applicable business treatment.
Contact and program updates
By submitting, you permit contact about this request and any subsequent payment, recurring support or service issue. Optional community news requires a separate unchecked permission. We will not claim impact that has not been verified. Youth membership offers require guardian involvement and applicable age, access and supervision rules. Member assistance terms are agreed separately; assistance expiry never automatically authorizes a higher membership charge.
