The pilot uses a 12-month term from signup. While the pilot is active, you may request a switch effective after your next billing cycle. After the pilot ends, that temporary option closes and the remaining original term continues. A shorter term must be requested and approved before joining. Your agreement will confirm pilot dates, your payment schedule and all fees before enrollment.
