A clear commitment. A private process.
We agree on the amount, purpose and funded period in writing before accepting a sponsorship. Funding must be secured before assistance is promised. If a recipient leaves early, unused funds stay with the sponsor’s program credit for another eligible recipient or future sponsorship, under the agreed terms and applicable law.
Recipient selection and private financial information stay with Ace. Sponsors can receive a summary of how their support was used without receiving applicants’ financial documents.

Have employees who would like to train at Ace? Ask about a separate team membership proposal. Sponsorship does not automatically enroll employees or reserve membership capacity.
